This is a traditional recipe for the “Far breton” which is a flan basically.
ingredients for 6
- 75 cl of milk
- 200 g floor, T45
- 170 g sugar, white or brown
- 4 eggs
- salt
- 15 prunes, the black variety one, “pruneaux” in French
- 20 g butter, salted
Recipe
- start the oven at 200 C
- heat the milk
- in a separate recipien, put in that order sugar, flour, salt, eggs and mix them until you get a compact paste/ball
- when milk is very hot, pour it on the paste and mix until you get a liquid preparation
- use the butter on the plate, then pour the preparation
- put the prunes in side the preparation.
In the oven for like 1h
Remark
You can also use cut-down peer or apple instead of the prunes if you prefer.
